2011 / 2012 Production Schedule

We have created this page to keep our customers up to date about what events we are covering.  These events have four distinct phases:

Preproduction:  During this phase our team is busy planning event details, and preparing for a successful event.

Postproduction: After the event has concluded, our crew will travel back to our home office in Michigan.  The master DVD's then undergo one last quality check for proper color, exposure, audio, titles, and a complete performance.  After we have corrected any errors, we will pull any affected orders for replacement.  This phase is generally concluded one week after the event.

Duplication & Shipping: Any orders with mistakes and orders not claimed the day of the event will be copied and shipped to the name & address we have on file.  This phase generally is concluded within two weeks of the event.

Complete: After the orders have been shipped, we mark the project as complete.  If you have not received your DVD within five business days of the completion date, please contact us to inquire about your order.
